Welcome to Angle of Knife! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Angle of Knife application ("Application") developed by mordanSoft. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
1. Use of the Application
The Application is available in two versions:
- Free Version with basic features.
- Paid Version with additional features available through a subscription.
The Application is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms.
2. Subscriptions
- The Paid Version offers additional features available through a subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed periodically (e.g., monthly or annually) as specified at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed through third-party platforms such as Google Play and Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to abide by the terms of these platforms.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device account settings.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights to the Application, including its design, functionality, and content, belong to mordanSoft. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for its intended purpose.
You are prohibited from:
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Application.
- Using the Application to create derivative works.
- Copying, distributing, or using the Application without prior written consent from mordanSoft.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application may use or integrate third-party services (e.g., Google Play Services, Apple App Store Services) to enhance functionality. These services are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies, and mordanSoft is not responsible for their content or performance.
5. Log Data and Analytics
The Application may collect log data and usage statistics to improve performance and user experience. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on data collection.
6. User Responsibilities
By using the Application, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when required.
- Use the Application in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Refrain from actions that may harm the Application, its users, or mordanSoft.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Application at any time without notice or explanation.

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. mordanSoft shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the Application or on our official website. Continued use of the Application after such changes signifies your agreement to the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ukraine.
Before resorting to litigation, the parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through negotiation.
11. Data Storage
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the security of data stored on our servers. However, we cannot guarantee absolute data security or protection from loss, failures, or unauthorized access.
You agree that data storage is at your own risk, and mordanSoft is not responsible for data loss except as required by law.
